Effectively Managing Your Property List
The My Properties page is your primary workspace for managing all your LyncBridge listings. It is designed for both quick updates and in-depth management.
Two Tiers of Actions:
Each property card has two distinct areas for actions:
- Management Actions Bar (Top): This section provides links to comprehensive management pages, mostly within the main LyncFinder system. Use these for major updates:
- View: Opens the public-facing property detail page in a new tab.
- Media: Takes you to the LyncFinder page to manage all photos and videos for the listing.
- SEO: Access the AI-powered SEO and content generation tools.
- Leads: View all leads generated for this property within your organization's CRM.
- Delete: Permanently removes the property listing.
- Quick Actions Footer (Bottom): These buttons open modals for rapid, on-the-fly updates without leaving the page. They are perfect for quick adjustments:
- Price: Quickly update the listing price and add a reason for the change.
- Status: Change the property's status (e.g., from 'Active' to 'Pending').
- Featured: Toggle the 'Featured' status on or off.
- Notes: Add internal, time-stamped notes to the property's log.
- Analytics: View key performance metrics like views, favorites, and likes in a quick-view modal.
Filtering and Bulk Actions
Use the filters at the top to search and sort your properties. You can also select multiple properties using the checkboxes and apply a bulk action (like changing the status for several properties at once) using the form that appears.
