Submitting Your First Property

Our streamlined, multi-step wizard makes it easy to add new properties to RealtyLync Bridge. This guide covers the first step: entering the core property details and location.

To begin, navigate to the "Add New Property" page.

Key Information Required:

1. Location Details:
   • Country: Automatically set to 'US' for new listings.
   • City: Searchable input; select from suggestions or manually enter. The map will update dynamically.
   • Address: Full street address, state, and zip code.
   • Latitude/Longitude: Automatically updated via map interaction or geolocation.
2. Property Information:
   • Property Type: Select from options like 'Single Family Home', 'Condominium', 'Commercial', etc.
   • Listing Price: The sale price in USD.
   • Property ID (MLS Number): Optional, but recommended for tracking.
3. Key Specifications: Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, total area (in sqft), and year built.
4. Features & Financials: Include HOA fees, whether a mortgage is available for international buyers, amenities, and community features (gated, new development, payment plan).
5. Content & SEO: Provide compelling English titles and descriptions. AI can assist with Arabic translations.

Once all details are entered, click "Save & Proceed to Photos" to move to the next step.
